PropertyMotion is an independent property-media studio created by Manuel Bosisio, who is completing a Master’s degree in Informatics with a background in artificial intelligence, software and generative systems.

The premise is simple: property businesses already invest in strong photography. PropertyMotion extends the working life of those images through considered direction, realistic motion, careful editing and platform-ready delivery.

Modern generative-video technology enables the process. Manual selection, editing and quality control shape the finished result.

A note on authenticity

Built around the
real property.

Generation is guided by the original photography and followed by manual review, with the goal of keeping the final video faithful to the accommodation being advertised. The process is not intended to invent rooms, architecture, views, facilities, furniture or amenities that do not exist.
